Unless otherwise stated, Al Hafeez Fabrics and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including fabric designs, patterns, photography, and brand logos. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Al Hafeez Fabrics for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms.

You must not:

  • Republish or reproduce our fabric designs for commercial gain without a license.
  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Al Hafeez Fabrics.

2. Product Accuracy and Color Representation

We strive to display the colors and textures of our fabrics as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor/screen settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed from our Multan or Karachi facilities.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier performance.
  • Al Hafeez Fabrics is not responsible for delays caused by customs for international orders.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Fabrics that have been cut, washed, or altered by the customer cannot be returned.
  • Exchanges are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or wrong items sent, provided the claim is made within 3 business days of receipt.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Al Hafeez Fabrics, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or the application of our products.

6. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Multan for the resolution of any disputes.
